OMS marked the 3rd Anniversary of Project Ironman 1 on 16 June, celebrating three years of growth, resilience, and transformation as an independent organisation.
In a company-wide anniversary message, CEO Mr How Meng Hock reaffirmed OMS’s commitment to Manufacturing Excellence, Technology Leadership, and Customer Focus, while highlighting the importance of accountability, trust, teamwork, and disciplined execution. Guided by the philosophy of “TOGETHER We Walk,” OMS continues to build a future driven by innovation, ownership, and shared success.
Throughout June 2026, OMS locations worldwide commemorated this important milestone with a series of activities at their respective sites. The celebrations featured wellness walks, walkathons, appreciation lunches, company dinners, and cake-cutting ceremonies, bringing employees together to reflect on the journey and achievements of the past three years.
Across Singapore, Brunei, Sattahip, Songkhla, Bogor, Balikpapan, Duri, Labuan, Kemaman, Johor Bahru, and Saudi Arabia, employees took the opportunity to celebrate the people behind the success of Project Ironman 1, strengthen team spirit, and reaffirm their commitment to the company’s future.
Guided by the theme “TOGETHER We Walk,” the anniversary celebrations showcased the culture of collaboration, commitment, and unity that continues to drive OMS forward. As the company looks ahead to its next chapter, the milestone serves as a reminder of what can be achieved when teams across the globe work together towards a common purpose.
