P S Natarajan is an accomplished Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) executive with over three decades of progressive experience in manufacturing, quality management and HSSE governance across multinational organizations in oil and gas, subsea engineering and geosolutions sectors.

He is responsible for managing Group HSSE performance across all 11 OMS locations, developing and implementing HSSE policies and leading sustainability and ESG initiatives.

Leveraging expertise in HSSE systems design, regulatory compliance, incident investigation and risk management, he works closely with site and country operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities, deliver HSSE training programs and embed robust safety cultures.

His leadership combines technical rigor with strategic business awareness and a commitment to sustainable operations.

Natarajan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, India, and is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). He also holds Specialist Diplomas in Workplace Safety & Health and Solar Photovoltaic Engineering & Monitoring.
