OMS Oilfield Services is one of the leading oilfield services and manufacturing company in Asia Pacific and Middle East North Africa.
We design and manufacture casing connectors, surface wellheads (both conventional and compact type), surface Christmas trees and mudline suspension system and surface Christmas trees for both onshore and offshore applications. We also provide services in the area of equipment repairs and re-manufacturing, onsite/offsite inspection, cladding, welding, precision machining, and technology connection (premium threading).

To our Customers, Suppliers, Contractors and Vendors
We wish to inform you that OMS Holdings Pte Ltd has recently introduced an integrity and compliance policy. This policy applies to all OMS operations and requires all our employees to deal with customers, suppliers, contractors, vendors and other third parties legitimately, honestly and openly. All deals must be free from offers of gifts, favours, or other improper rewards in exchange for influence or assistance in a business transaction.
We expect all our employees to maintain strong and honest relationships with those doing business with OMS. We prohibit our employees to accept or solicit gifts, entertainment or favours from you. Exceptions are gifts of nominal value or items inscribed with Company logo. Where gifts are considered to be of high value, we shall ask our employees to return the gifts. Where this occurs, we would like to seek your understanding that rejecting a gift is not a disrespect of your gesture to build or maintain goodwill with OMS. On the contrary, we value your support and will continue to build a strong association with you.
Our employees are strongly advised not to solicit for gifts, entertainment or anything of value. OMS will not take too kindly to our employees deviating from the principle of integrity and honesty. This is important to our business relationship and if you have knowledge of any of our employees’ misdemeanour, we would like to know.

We don’t engage in a culture of blame and selfishly look out for ourselves. We care for our co-workers in our desire to keep the company as well as everyone else safe.
