Ismail is a senior operations and business leader with 25+ years of progressive experience in multi-location operations management, supply chain, procurement and finance.

He is responsible for driving the strategic direction and P&L management across four OMS locations in Malaysia (Johor, Labuan, Kemaman and Kuala Lumpur).

Leveraging extensive expertise in operational efficiency, business development and financial planning, he works closely with marketing, sales and operational teams to maximize revenue, ensure quality and safety compliance, and build strong management teams across all locations.

His leadership combines deep operations expertise with strong financial acumen and a commitment to sustainable profitability and operational excellence.

Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with Distinction from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
