Kevin Yeo

Kevin is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of progressive experience across assurance services, corporate finance, strategic planning, and governance.

He is responsible for leading the overall financial operations and financial strategy, establishing corporate governance frameworks, and partnering closely with the CEO and Board to execute the Group’s long-term strategic vision and drive value-accretive outcomes that support sustainable enterprise growth.

His background combines foundational experience at Big 4 firms with executive roles at multinational organizations, equipping him with expertise in cross-border financial controls, risk management strategies, M&A execution and investment portfolio management.

Kevin is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with honours from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
