Jagdip Singh

Jagdip is a senior HR executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in leading the people and talent agenda across Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

He works closely with the CEO and senior executive team to define and shape group-wide talent strategies, oversee organizational design, develop high-performing teams and drive cultural change.

Leveraging on his experience in performance management, total rewards, talent management and large-scale HR-business transformations, he performs the role of a conduit in building organizational capability and driving a values-driven performance culture that supports sustainable business growth.

Jagdip holds a Master of Science in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham, UK. He is also a Senior Professional with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals Singapore.
