Au is an experienced operations and quality assurance executive with 15+ years of progressive experience driving operational excellence in manufacturing and oilfield services.

He is responsible for overseeing all country operations in Brunei, managing the P&L and driving quality, safety, compliance and our talented workforce.

Leveraging extensive experience in quality systems design, continuous improvement and multi-site operations management, he works closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure world-class standards are maintained and exceeded.

His leadership combines technical rigour with strong operational discipline and a commitment to building high-performing teams.

Au holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Multimedia University, Malaysia and brings a solid foundation in engineering principles to his operations leadership role.
