Amelia Gunawan

Amelia is a senior commercial leader with 20+ years of progressive experience in oil and gas, with deep expertise in surface wellhead systems and specialty connectors.

She is responsible for leading all quotations, tenders and order management activities, managing the organisation’s commercial strategy, margin optimization, cash collection and profitability across all orders. In addition, she ensures close alignment with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Manufacturing teams on pricing, delivery timelines, inventory management and compliance.

Her background encompasses commercial operations across APAC and Australia, including proposal planning, pricing and strategy formulation, contract management, customer negotiations and multi-project cost optimization.

Amelia holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University, Indonesia.
